We are located in the South of France.

Installed on the banks of the Gulf of Lion and more exactly on the coast Roussillon, Pézilla River is a small village a few kilometers west of Perpignan.

It is the gateway to the valley of the Tet River, which originates in the heart of Capcir, Great Pyrenees Orientales.

Our estate is located on the axis Perpignan - Pézilla The River. 1 km before the village entrance, the Mas de Blannes is located on your right at the end of a long alley of vines

Vineyards in the area of 12 hectares occupies particularly well situated: facing south, protected from the Tramontana, terraced and semi-arid hills of clay soil, covered with pebbles.

The newly planted vines (March 2009) alongside the older, gnarled feet, planted in 1960. Yields are small: 36 hl / ha on average.

The Viognier is 10% of the plantings of vineyards (80% Syrah, 10% Chardonnay). It accounts for the largest share in the composition of the wines, which are all blended wines.

The cellar in 1978, it is built on hillsides, partly underground which allows a wine by gravity, saving excessive pumping. The harvest is entirely manual and the situation of plots around the winery the grapes used to assemble in the tank, the day of harvest. Vinification is made by semi-carbonic maceration (the grapes are not destemmed or crushed first, but partially overwritten).

This winemaking technique allows to obtain soft and fruity wines with deep colors and bright. Moreover, they are not filtered to retain their flavor, substance and character.
